Researched the performance of student's in their standardized tests in order to provide feedback to teachers and
administrators on ways to better accommodate classrooms.
Developed EXCEL based programs which allow students to identify their students strengths and needs based on the
scores of standardized tests such as NWEA MAP and then provide input on the skills their specific students need.
The majority of the students who have struggled in 9th grade when I receive the cases have achieved specific studying
habits and maturity by 11th grade which has made a great difference in their performance and helped them be prepared
for college.
Managed to be able to help students in difficult subjects such as AP calculus, AP Physics and AP Chemistry and
students feel comfortable searching for extra help in my office before and after school hours.
Using a web page to provide students with 24/7 access to whatever content we will learn in class, helping students who miss class not fall behind by watching tutorials and having access to classwork and homework they will be delivering.
Encourage students to awaken their scientific curiosity, by designing volcanoes which actually blow up, researching online in order to identify different ways to achieve their objectives and turning a regular book base class into a full research base class with actual experiments designed by the students.
